THE W BED TERMS & CONDITIONS

The W Bed is made exclusively for W Hotels and their guests. We will do our best to deliver your bed in the advised time frame for your area however due to custom manufacturing, delays may sometimes occur. When the mattress is ready for delivery, you will get a call from the delivery company to schedule a time that is convenient to you.
In the unlikely event your mattress arrives damaged in anyway, please make a note of the damage on the paperwork the driver gives you and REFUSE the delivery. Afterward, please contact Customer Care with your order number and we will contact the shipper to make arrangements for a replacement. If delivery is not refused and the damage(s) is not noted on the paperwork, additional delays will result in getting a replacement. If you will not be home for delivery and someone else will be receiving the bed, please leave the inspection instructions with the person who will be signing for the bed.

For orders outside of the Continental US, please obtain a formal quote prior to the placement of your order. Your order confirmation may not include all shipping charges incurred as they will be determined by the formal quote.
